Culture in motion

Stocktown.com is a video magazine dedicated to worldwide street culture in motion. Launched in the spring of 2011 and curated by a committed team of video freaks globally searching for the most inspiring stuff out there. Check out fresh video content and share your best links (our your own work!).
We’d love to hear from you.

Why we do it?

Stocktown started out in the late 90s as a collective of creative souls documenting all aspects of street culture via documentaries, pirate television and various exhibition projects. Stocktown was orginally created by Teddy Goitom based in Stockholm, Sweden but always collaborating with artists, filmmakers, grapic designers, programmers, architects and fashion designers all over the world.

Get involved!

We're looking for video curators to join our crew. If you’re into street culture and think you can bring something to the table, please apply for curatorship. Send us an email with links to 3 video clips or filmmakers you recommend and a blog post about each clip consisting of 150 to 1500 words to videocurator@stocktown.com. When that’s done, don't forget to tell us who you are! Please add a brief biography with image.
